Oh cool, a project speaker donor ;)

That damage could very well have been courtesy of some transport company. If so, I hope the owner had insurance and collected.

My SL3 pair was not as bad, but clearly ahd not been handled with utmost care. But my fix was to chop it up as a donor to my center speaker.

Looks like here's somone else's opportunity to do the same (if you live in the UK).

However, looking at the damage, it's minimal (assuming the panels are straight and not dimpled). Some Minor wood work will set it right again.
Final finish might not be showroom quality, but it sure won't affect the sound.

If you can snag it for <500 pounds, then its a steal.
