CES ~ Las Vegas.... "CES ~ Over-All Best In Show"

Well CES has been announcing their CES ~ Las Vegas Awards. And guess what product won the "CES Over-All Best in Show" award...

The LG - BH100 universal HD-DVD / Blue-Ray player... Won...

It's expected to be released in February 2007 for $1200.00 (USD). That is if LG can smooth over all their legal hassles incurred in having the two format's. I am not sure if the LG - BH100 will have HDMI 1.3 though?

I don't think there are any legal hassles to be overcome. I posted last month that Sony and Toshiba has signed a marketing agreement and the we would start seeing dual format players in 2007. Zip said he'd believe it when he saw it, and we are starting to see them. Trust me, additional players will be on the scene shortly. Here's the link...
