I just joined because its Saturday and ML is not open. I am hoping for advise here.

Bought a Motion Vision X from BB this time last year.

Suddenly it just STOPPED working yesterday. Will not respond to the remote to go on. All obvious stuff (to me) was checked.

Any thoughts?

Hola. Unplug the AC cable and wait at least 1 minute. Then plug it again. This will reset the unit. If this does not work, check for the AC cable to be plugged to the back of the unit. Re-insert the cable to the socket at the Motion Vision, all the way in. If your unit still does not works, you must contact ML service department. They will guide you better to track your problem.

Thanks Roberto - you nailed the solution for me. Disconnect power, wait 60 seconds, and voilà - it worked.

MUCH appreciated !!! Now I have to find a ML sub to wirelessly match up to the sound bar.
 
The Dynamo 700W is the one. A little box that kills giants! You can’t go wrong with it!
