First pair of ML's, aerius1 need help

newbi here. purchased a pair of aerius1's this morning gave them a short listen at the owners home all sounded good, got them home set them up and one panel is very very faint, base driver is normal, have swapped cables, speaker wires, power cables, no change (red light is on) any advice
whats next :confused::confused:
 
The 3 wires that are soldered to the ESL sandwich can pull loose if the panel slips down.
 
That was my thought as well Tosh, something changed moving them. 4Runner, time to contact ML. Good luck, they will talk you through the process, amazing customer service awaits you...
 
Thanks have contacted ML and yes they are great have given me a few things to try, clean and try, then swap panels left and right (checking connections as I go), had company last night so did not get a chance to work on them, tonight will get at it
