Seeking advice on Martin Logan hybrid speakers please please please being a long time full range stat guy ( Acoustat ) i know nothing about Martin Logan hybrid speakers i have a friend wanting to buy a pair of Sequel 2s or Script's for the same price ( $700.00 ) i ask you Martin Logan Owners wich one would you choose ?????.
 
Depends on the age of the speaker and the condition of the panel.

Need to consider cost of panel replacement.

Not knowing the answer to these questions, your friend will be throwing a dart.

All things being equal, the Sequel is by far the better performing speaker.

Sequel 2 could be 25 years old by now, but they have the basics right: tall panel, sealed woofer. Script is a 'decor' model.
