As the title says, has anyone here experienced the Mcintosh 1.2KW? Any advice on this amp? Is it being replaced or still good? I think the one prior to this was the 1201... and then replaced by the 1.2KW.

I have an ear on a good pair somewhat locally.
 
My mistake.. the guy has 1201, not 1.2KW - just confirmed with him. So I guess the thread should be about 1201 mono blocks.

I got excited for a minute there... thought I had a deal of a lifetime, I guess not.
