These are 10 minutes from Berlin airport, one of the best speakers I have heard so far. They use JBLs for midrange, and 18 inch Allnico drivers for bass. The bass was fired by 100w EAR amps, while the rest of the amplification was 8w Silvercore monoblocks.

Nice room too, speakers placed at a distance of 4m with me at 6m. Just the most fluid midrange, excellent tuneful bass coming out of those woofers, oh, and the piano, I melted on the Bryan Janis piano version of Mussorgsky's pictures at an exhibition. Jazz from Lalo Schifrin Blues in the Bassment, Symphonies from Scheherezade and Mussorgsky's Pictures, were brilliant across violins, brass, and slams. Zeppelin, Natalie Dessay (Rigoletto Caro Nome), Bach's violin concertos, were brilliant as well.

Made by an individual who sells under the name Musicplace, and lists them at 45k EUR (too expensive). Awesome horns though. The two horns to consider are these and the Tune Audio Anima (Greek), which is a very different sonic signature.

Same guy also makes these Western Electrics, but they have an active bass, which makes them sound more disco. I don't like active bass.

I actually think they look better than panels because they can be driven right back to the wall giving a more spacious look, don't stand out 3 - 5 feet in front

More space plus small valve amps with valves showing makes the whole set-up more attractive than speakers standing 3-5 feet out with large box amplifiers.

?? he's standing behind the speaker and the speaker looks 3ft deep. So from front wall to front baffle what is the difference?

Look like they will have sounded awesome but they do look hideous. Some horns look great but they are few and far between.

yeah those horns are pulled up at least 3 feet...

They can be pushed back. I thought they looked good because of the wood going up to the ceiling and the furniture also had wood. Actually I saw another of his speakers which was modern styling, piano black with some metal
