I replaced the panels on my ReQuest a few years back and did not notice this issue when installing them.
Seems ML did not remove the backing of the 2 sided tape on the vertical runs (Left & Right side if the panels)
Can anyone give me some insight on this. I also found the YouTube video done by "How It's Made" showing the assembly of the stators and they stat very clearly that the backing is removed and then placed in a press to bond them together.
Contacting ML support offered a discount on replacement panels for panels I already paid full retail to replace (before the price increase)
