Pioneer Elite SC75 class D3 amp sufficient to drive ElectroMotion ES & StageL?

Hi All..I am moving to a condo soon, space is a premium and I cannot afford to go seperate.
I am looking at some decent receivers in the market looks like Pioneer Elite SC75/77/79 has the best amp session in its class. 135 wpc @ 8ohm and 230 wpc @4ohm... also sabre32 bit dac lookings very promising.
My living room is small, 12'x10' and I listen to everything at medium volume at most. Can this receiver power the ESL with justice if not the best?

Other options I am looking at are Denon X4000...

2nd question: What subwoofer crossover do you recommend for the main and center? (MCACC only supports 1 sub crossover) I am thinking about around 80hz..

I have Grotto I as sub.
