    Hi Tom,

Got a great Christmas present idea for you.

I recently sold my MBL's and went to a monitor / stand / sub system and added the Iso-Acoustics Iso Puck this week. You might get by with three per speaker with your setup depending on speaker / stand interface stability. I needed four per side with my set up.

As the name suggests, they provide vibration isolation between speaker and stand. A two pack runs $60 and they seem to work quite well. Better definition, imaging, soundstage, etc. and the speaker / stand "connection" is very stable.

Available with money back guarantee from Music Direct or Amazon.

Hope you and family have a great holiday.

    Best,

    Gordon

I'm not chasing sonic nirvana anymore.. I doubt I'd be able to hear any differences.

I'd guess it's more a change with the squishy gray matter than his ears. Priorities change.

I understand your position. Perhaps others may find the Iso Acoustics Iso Puck of interest and give it a try. Big bang for the buck.
