Recommendations for cooling fan solution in media closet

I'm talking to the electrician responsible for wiring new home in N C and want to get advice on cooling fan solution for media closet.
The gear to cool in the closet will include the following:
-Prepro- unit undetermined
-Parasound A31, A23 and 2125
-Jeff Rowland 201s
-Olive 6hd
-Oppo DVD/cd

The plan is for two 20 Amp circuits in the closet with separate [separated] AC circuit for cooling fan at top of closet venting into attic - 10ft ceiling height.

Suggestions for mfgs, models and sourcing options welcome.

Inline 6" fan and some duct work. Inline fans are very efficient and you can install it far(minimize noise) from air intake in you cabinet but you will have to do some duct work. Also, thermostat in your closet would be helpful so it can turn the fan on at certain temperature.
That's how I'd do it.
