Annie Haslam at 65 can still make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and give me goose bumps! Her voice is still AMAZING in most passages... a little strained in others, but still wonderful. This disc is just wonderful from the first track "Symphony of Light" which is a 12 minute masterpiece which tells the story of Leonardo da Vinci to the very end. This track reminds me of her "Annie in Wonderland" disc, which I also really really loved. "Cry To The World" is a standout also. I don't know of many other bands that combine classical and progressive rock like Renaissance do... and Annie's voice is sweet and pure. So glad they are still making music. Please check this one out!!

What did you pay for this? I see it listed at CD Universe for $60. Ouch!
