Hello MLO group. I have lusted after Martin Logan speakers ever since my first encounter with them in the early 90's, and now I'm the proud owner of a new pair of Summit X speakers with a Descent sub in dark cherry!!!

I can't wait for them to arrive, about 2 to 3 weeks. I look forward to learning and exchanging ideas with you all.
 
Congratulations. You've certainly avoided that dreaded 'upgraditus' in one big hit!

What amp and source are you running?
 
My sources are a Mac mini with HRT's best DAC which I'm looking to upgrade to something that can handle DSD files. I also I have a home made turntable. My pre is a Dodd audio and my amp is a class d audio kit amp. I will play with the speakers after they arrive and see how the perform with the class d amp, might be in for a upgrade there.

So, you're getting a new VPI, congrats, tell us more about it, cartridge selection, etc ..............
