Sounds Amaizing

Looking for advice? I currently have B&W 602 S2 powered with an Yamaha RXV1800 Preamp and a Emotiva XPA-2 Amplifier. The Amp. puts out 300 wpc @ 8 ohms and 500 wpc @ 4 ohms. I was wondering what would sound better for 2 Channel listening with this set up?
