My martin logan dynamo 500 popping randomly with no reason(no input, receiver is off), blue light flashes, the sound is same as when it is powered on, but sub makes that sound continuously for about 5-10seconds, it usually happens 5 mins after I turn receiver off, when I playing movies or PS3, everthing is noraml.

I think it's becasue it's auto on/off function, sub receives some signals turns it on and off qucikly, but there is no always on switch on my sub

I googled a lot, tried diferent ways, use Y adaptor, different cables, even tried with another receiver, but without luck.

this is very annoying, please help me to fix it, I really appreciate.

Thanks

Call ML or see your dealer. In the meantime pull the plug when not in use or don't use at all particularly if you smell smoke. It is better to be cautious.
