Hello All,

I have a set of CLS that are at the end of their life. They play well and sound good, but you just can't hear them, as output is diminished. Under the Tweak section, "ensilen" posts a fix using Teraseptic Liquid Soap ( anti- bacterial soap containing Triclosan) as a way to get some life back to old panels. I figured I had nothing to lose ( Nothing ventured - nothing gained!)

Problem - Cannot find Teraseptic Soap at any pharmacy in Boston area - Web search proved futile (Only found Teraseptic Shampoo). I 've also tried the recommended test on many anti-bacterial soaps and other liquid gels for conductivity to no avail.

Has anyone used a substitute or have recommendations or alternative for a newbie to this group? Where can I acquire this as it seems to be "unobtainum" in my world.

Thanks - MrPajamas

Try well.ca They may have what you are looking for. I don't know if they will ship out of Canada.

Tersaspeptic can cause cancer, if misused. So I recommend using gloves.

Please keep us posted.
