I have a Pioneer Elite SC05 and just purchased a Grotto sub (was previously using a generic JVC sub).
I have the sub connected to the subwoofer jack on the pioneer and to the LFE input on the back of the sub. Now with the new sub, whenever I turn on the reciever I get a thud sound out of the sub (I never had this on the old one).
If the receiver is on, and I turn on a DVD player or change input sources on the pioneer, I get a thud.
Is this a problem with my receiver or sub?
