How much of a difference can banana plugs really make? When I first plugged in the Sequels, I was using the bare wire because I was out of plugs. I bought more, put them on the MLs, and immediately noticed a difference.
Anybody else run into this?
I suppose it's possible I didn't have a good connection to begin with, but what are the odds I didn't connect either speaker properly?
At some point, after Jonfo's suggestion, I want to try a Sunfire 300 amp or similar to compare to my B&K Reference 2220.
