I have just sold my ML Descent sub and I was told the unit light comes on, but no sound at all? Where can I start to troubleshoot this?

May need to look inside to see if any of the wires have come loose. This happened to my Depth i after I got it. Shipment had knocked a quick connect loose. Easy 15 min fix. Also insure the user has connected the sub correctly and a signel is going to the sub.

Thank you, I got a call later on he said the sub started to work. He did leave the sub outside in the car for a bit and the temperature was just around freezing, wonder if it had anything to do with it?
