Just my unpacked my Aerius 1 from a 4 year nap.

No bass from one of the panels.

Red pilot light lit, but no woofer.

Stuck relay???

Anyone with any experience on this issue?

Thank you in advance

Someone recently on the forum had a problem with his stator which went away after plugging and unplugging several times.

Do you have an Aerius i, or an orginal Aerius? I'm not sure what Aerius "1" means, sorry.

Is the speaker a bi-wire model? Check the connection.

Did you try switching out the leads with the other speaker?

A conventional dynamic speaker such as your woofer acts as a piston in the voice coil. Perhaps it just caught up on something and needs to be tousled about a little to get unstuck.

Thanks for your help

They are the 2nd gen the i , sorry
I'll try to cycle the power and check the binding posts to see if the tab between them did not dislodge.
Pushing them with a Bryston intergrated B 100

thanks

Thanks kach22i

It was the bi-wire posts

Much appreciated, I have forgotten how sweet they sound.
