Greetings Khenegar - got your message about the MC12. I am using ver 2.0 and never felt the need to upgrade. Love the processor. I believe that Lexicon is not supporting any upgrades beyond the last ver.5, which is the one having microphones for sound optimization. The newest version (MC12-HD) has the equalization kit standard with added HDMI. As far as i know, HDMI is the only significant difference between our version and the newest. I am surprised that there is not much mention of Lexicon on this group. Then again, with all the incredible equipment that is mentioned, i guess Lexicon in not missed.
