I ordered 12 nos Winged "C" EL 34 TUBES tubes from The Tubestore. Ordered for all matched pair but came with 4 with mue 41 and the rest with 42. After I installed and calibrated the current to 210 ma /ch. when I connected the Loudspeaker I heard a funny noise from the left channel and observed that the output fuse is blown whereas the right channel is ok and played music. I interchanged the tube with the right channel and the fuse blew again in the left channel. I then inserted each pairs one by one and it was OK But when I inserted the third pair fuse again blew. Then I put back the Stock - Ruby EL34 TUBES and it is perfect. BTW, the stock tubes came with mue values 36. I tried Gold Lion KT 88 thereafter (mue value 28) and no problem.
